We can create customized survey forms that can be hosted by us or hosted on your server. If you decide to host the survey on your server then no mention of FreeSurveysOnline.com will appear giving the appearence that you yourself created and manage the survey.

Customized Results:
If you would like us to provide customized results that we will e-mail directly to you on a daily or weekly schedule please contact us. Results can be in any format that you need.

Tracking Surveys by E-Mail Address:
FreeSurveysOnline.com has developed a system that enables you to e-mail a survey link to a group of e-mail addresses. When someone clicks on the survey link in their e-mail message, our system will track and record that this individual has opened the survey. This allows you to see which individuals has or has not opened and answered the survey.
