My survey is built, how do I use it? There are two ways to get people to use your survey; e-mail or post the URL to your web site. For either of these to work, you need to get the survey web address commonly known as the URL. The easiest way to do this is to login into your FreeSurveysOnline.com account, manage your survey and then preview it. When you click the preview survey button, a new browser window will appear with your survey's URL. This web address can then be copied and pasted into either an e-mail message or directly into your web site. Your survey URL will look something like this: http://www.freesurveysonline.com/fso/AskSurvey.fso?Survey=X&CheckID=Y Where X and Y are two numbers. When previewing your survey and you are using Internet Explorer, you can also click on File, Send, Link By E-Mail or in Netscape, File and then Send Page. We always recommend that you e-mail these links to yourself first, so that you can test them. Can I download results? Yes you can. A text delimited file can be created containing all of your responses. This is done by accessing your account, and from the MySurveys window click the Results option. When the summary listing of the results appear, there is a button titled "Download Results" Further assistance on download results is available [more help] How to I replace the FreeSurveysOnline.com logo with my own?
